You results will be based of the kind of diet you follow while doing this program. It's for 12 weeks, and can be done all over again once completed. Please do not buy this program if you don't have a gym membership. I created this program for people who are not afraid of compound movements. This split:

Monday: Lower Body

Tuesday: Upper Body

Wednesday: Rest Day

Thursday: Lower Body

Friday: Upper Body

Saturday: Rest Day

Sunday: Rest Day

(You can alter the split, by starting the program on Tuesday while taking Sunday and Monday off instead)
